Our new O’Fallon office will be opening on May 11, 2020.

Our Belleville location will be moving to Suite 100 as of June 1, 2020.
The new address for our Belleville office as of June 1st will be:

Because of Covid-19, once the O’Fallon office opens on May 11th, we will only be seeing patients at the new O’Fallon office and the Columbia office until further notice (tentatively until after July 4th).
